LABYRINTH Residential Complex

Peace, security and harmonious living environment. And what’s even better – in the central part of the city. That was our plan all along since when we first started designing Labyrinth Residential Complex. And we succeeded: 

Six residential buildings, immersed in verdancy and comfort; with 24-hour security and limited access.

The Labyrinth Residential Complex is located five minutes away from the Dormition of the Mother of God Cathedral, if you’re going by car, or two bus stations away if you’re using the comfortable public transport.

It is within a five-minute walk away from the city’s largest shopping centers, from a stadium,  sports playgrounds, schools and kindergartens. 

The concept of the residential complex is inspired by the philosophy of the Meander. Dating back to ancient times, this geometrical ornament is constructed from a continuous line, which bends orthogonal and shapes a repeated motif. It symbolizes the laws of nature, its cyclicity and reproduction.

It is a residential complex on an area of 12,145 sq. m, of which only 2,400 sq. m are built up. All you have to do is select one of the apartment buildings, or search for an apartment

All construction indicators provided in the detailed development plan have been followed. The development is more focused on a qualitative, rather than on a quantitative method of construction.

 A modern ensemble of buildings created for a year-round occupancy corresponding to the modern standards for functionality, aesthetics and space, at a reasonable price.   

The development offers buildings with high-quality design and functionality, situated among lush verdancy, with convenient communication and comfort for living.

We have created a modern architectural ensemble of six buildings, in a rich park environment with infrastructure planned with great detail. The decorative water area in the middle of the composition is not accidental; it corresponds with the initial idea of the unique natural phenomenon – the Meander, which we recreated in the complex’s design.  

The Buildings

Level of Completion
The Labyrinth Residential Complex consists of six identical buildings, each with one entrance and nine floors above the ground – with high-quality design and functionality. They consist of 239 apartments, which are offered completed in accordance with the Bulgarian State Standard, or at a turnkey level of completion.

Payment method 1

Payment of 20% of the cost of housing upon signing the preliminary contract.

The rest 80% shall be paid upon issuance of Act 16 and transfer of ownership of the property.

Individual negotiation of the payment scheme for clients using a mortgage bank loan to buy the property.
